GameLore

Story and Lore Studio

Shape the story, cast, and learning design of a game for a coding agent.

The project library

GameLore is a studio for the story behind a game, especially an educational game. It runs in the browser and installs as a PWA.

A story map shows each act as a lane, with main beats, side quests, choices, and endings. Each beat holds its story, its learning mechanic, its media, and its dialogue.

The learning design records outcomes, misconceptions, and mechanics. A coverage matrix shows where the story teaches each outcome.

You add your own OpenAI and ElevenLabs keys. With them, an AI co-writer drafts text and concept art, and the studio generates character voices, music, and sound effects. An optional Sidekick asks one question at a time and writes each answer into the project.

There is no backend. Projects and keys stay in IndexedDB, and AI requests go directly from the browser to each provider. Everything except AI generation works offline.

Export for Agent writes one ZIP file for a coding agent. It holds a brief, a design document, the story, the characters, the codex, the learning design, and the assets. Planet Ari started as a GameLore export.
